In the last class we were given a brief about what had to be done next and asked to begin the prototype tunnel box. the iteration i went ahead with was “he city of doors” because I felt it had a lot of depth in it which could be useful in the tunnel box.
While making the 5×5 box I realized many different points of precaution needed to take for the final one. While making this one understood what didn’t look nice and needed to be changed or avoided in the final one. For example, the measurement of the box and the layers should be perfectly exact otherwise it would hinder sticking the layers I did not focus much on the division of the layers inside and also didn’t give all the details yet I got an idea about how the work was going to be like. although later i realized that i also needed to try out some things i was planning to do in the final one so i knew if it worked and also got a hang of it.
As I finished my prototype, I started dividing the illustration into layers, tracing each one onto a separate gateway sheet. here is my prototype and some process work.
