Drawing (13)

Today we completed our character iterations and discussed them with the faculty. He pointed out that most of us only played with the features and expressions of the character and not with it’s graphic style.
We together decided which graphic style looked the best and which character was the most relatable.

After this, we were asked to make 10 different storyboards for the character, such that it revolved around the emotion we chose. For that, we first made rough thumbnails, which were only detailed enough to help us establish the framing of the storyline and the composition of each frame. This also made me realize the importance of thumbnailing.
